I am just so happy with the way this Thanksgiving tablescape turned out! My original vision was to go more neutral with eucalyptus garland and neutral pumpkins and just a few pops of orange. I ended up with a lot more orange and deeper fall colors than I intended, but I think they are SO gorgeous! Neutral for next year, maybe!?
Whenever I am working on a bigger project, like a complete room design, I create mood boards similar to the one above. Especially when buying items online where it’s tougher to see how things will look together, I have found the mood boards have helped me reduce the number of returns I need to make.
For the centerpiece look, I also wanted to keep the costs down and get the supplies quickly so I relied on Amazon Home for most of the supplies where I could. They didn’t have the right orange pumpkins I was looking for so I found those at World Market. Look below for a complete shopping list! I linked to alternatives where possible.
Centerpiece Supplies:
- 1 eucalyptus garland from Amazon Home – This garland is amazing and only $22, not quite as good as my Pottery Barn eucalyptus – but almost! And it is so full. That is why I chose it over others on Amazon.
- 8 white mini pumpkins from Amazon Home – Would not recommend these but I used them since I didn’t have time to find new ones. They are low cost, but they are super light. Hard to decorate with on the eucalyptus since they don’t have weight to them.
- 3 green mini pumpkins from Amazon Home (sold out)
- 7 orange mini pumpkin candles from Costplus World Market – These are amazing! Can’t recommend enough.
- 3 orange mini pumpkin candles from Pottery Barn (sold out – substitute with 3 additional Costplus pumpkins)
- 3 large pillar candles from Pottery Barn
- 3 glass hurricanes from Pottery Barn (budget friendly option here)
- 1 jacquard table runner from Williams Sonoma (sold out. Similar here)
Table Setting Supplies:
- 6 Acorn Harvest jacquard placemats from Williams Sonoma – I can never have enough of Williams Sonoma’s jacquard placemats. The quality is superb.
- 6 crystal goblets from Villeroy et Boch (currently 60% off! at Macy’s) – These are so gorgeous and an incredible deal!
- 6 Pillivuyt Eclectique dinnerware settings from Williams Sonoma
- 6 Aston flatware settings from Williams Sonoma
- 6 Mini velvet pumpkins from a boutique (similar here.)
What are your plans for Thanksgiving? Are you hosting this year?
